Cancellations, Exchanges & Refunds Policy HawkVision India

Cancellations

- Post-Shipment Cancellation: Once the order has been shipped, cancellations cannot be processed. In such cases, you may proceed with the return process after receiving the product, subject to the terms outlined below.


Exchanges
We accept exchanges only in the following scenarios:
1. Defective Product: If the product you received is defective or malfunctioning.
2. Incorrect Product: If you received a product that does not match your order.

To initiate an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Our team will guide you through the process and provide a replacement for the defective or incorrect item.


Refunds
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
1. Defective or Incorrect Product: If the product is defective or incorrect, and a replacement is not available or feasible.
2. Cancellation Before Shipping: If the order is canceled before it is processed for shipping.

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days after the returned product is received and inspected.

2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for returning the product.

4. Shipping: Return the product to the address provided by our team. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.


Conditions for Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required for all returns, exchanges, and refunds.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that are damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications.
