At HawkVision India Pvt Ltd, we are committed to ensuring a seamless and efficient delivery experience for our customers. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the delivery of our products.


Delivery Within India
We strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. For deliveries within India, the estimated delivery time is 5 to 6 working days from the date of order confirmation. In the rare event of a product being out of stock, we will notify you in advance and provide an updated delivery timeline.


Delivery Time
- Standard Delivery: Most orders are delivered within 0 to 7 working days from the date of order confirmation.
- Express Delivery: Certain items may be eligible for faster delivery within 1 to 2 working days, subject to product availability and your location.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as logistical delays or unforeseen circumstances.


Order Processing
HawkVision India Pvt Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders that cannot be processed due to insufficient funds, payment issues, or any other valid reason. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and provide assistance to resolve the issue.


Delivery Address
Goods will be delivered to the address specified by you during the order process. If you require delivery to multiple addresses, a separate order must be placed for each destination.

If you are unavailable to accept the delivery personally, you may appoint a representative to receive the goods on your behalf. Please ensure that your representative is available at the specified delivery address and is authorized to accept the delivery.


Proof of Identity
To ensure the security of your delivery, our delivery agent may request proof of identity (such as a government-issued photo ID) from you or your nominated representative at the time of delivery. You or your representative may also be required to sign a delivery manifest to confirm receipt of the goods.

Note: Refusal to sign the delivery document will be considered a refusal to accept the delivery, and the goods will be returned to our facility.


Delivery Instructions
To facilitate a smooth delivery process, please provide us with accurate and detailed information about the delivery address, including any specific instructions or features (e.g., gate codes, building access, or landmarks) that may assist the delivery agent.
